Construction Management
We take an active role in pre-construction budgeting, scheduling and management to ensure the finished renovation exceeds our quality standards. ThirdSpace’s procurement model eliminates excess cost while maintaining product quality and availability by cutting out distributors and retailers. These savings are realized at the project level and passed on to our investors.

Asset Management
Headquartered in Atlanta and focused exclusively on the Southeast, we manage all of our Southeastern real estate investments from the ground up. We apply an institutional, data-driven approach to revenue management and occupancy while making frequent property tours to ensure the physical asset is well maintained.
